SAVE THE DATE!!Wednesday, June 27The Columbia River Gorge Visitors Association (CRGVA) recently contracted with Melody Johnson of Falcon’s Crest Inc. to complete a two-week assessment of the Columbia Gorge region with a focus on packaged travel (bus tours). On Wednesday, June 27, Melody will offer a free workshop to share the results of that assessment and her feasibility study completed on the subject of packaged travel. Packaged travel is one aspect of tourism that can help increase economic viability in all of our communities throughout the Gorge. Anyone interested in tourism or the hospitality industry is welcome to attend. The workshop will be held in the Gorge Pavilion at Marine Park (355 WaNaPa Street) in Cascade Locks from noon until 4:00 pm.
